Waste disposal sites lining, capping and restoration

Preparation and reclamation of a site as a waste disposal site requires the provision of solutions for ecological problems which may arise as a result of garbage burial. Lining the ground in order to prevent fluids seepage and ground water contamination, providing a solution for fluids drainage and their regular pumping from bottom areas as well as finding a solution for the methane gas generated during waste decomposition.

Admir offers a combination of Geosynthetic products for bottom lining and capping of waste sites. This application integrates products used for lining, leachate drainage, water drainage, biogas drainage, slopes stabilization and more.
The utilization of Geosynthetic products ensures the preservation and maintenance of environmental quality, reduction in the volume of garbage burial as well as modern and efficient management of waste landfills.

The products used for lining and treating waste sites that are marketed and installed by Admir, include among others:

  • GCL/Bentonite Geomembranes as a substitute for clay layers in bottom lining as well as in capping.
